A disaster recovery plan addresses how the corporation will respond to a disaster. A disaster recovery plan (DRP):
- Specifies who is authorized to activate the plan.
- Identifies roles and responsibilities during the disaster.
- Outlines the procedure for initial damage assessment.
- Specifies how damage assessment is reported to senior management.
